I am a motivated, inspiring, devoted, dedicated and a hard-working coach/personal trainer/fitness trainer/sport teacher/boxing trainer. I am the best coach/personal trainer/fitness trainer/sport teacher/boxing trainer. I will do all in my power so you reach your goals. I will take the time needed and help you progress step by step. I have studied different sport methods and have received different diplomas: Box N Burn Academy (3 levels). I dedicate my time to create unique personal programs that suit each client best and make sure there is a lot of variety in the exercices. The different type of exercises include: warm-up, jumping jacks, burpees, forearm planks, alternating right/left hooks, squats, mountain climbers, push-ups.

I can adapt to any type of client, any age from 7 to 100 years old and any level from beginner to advanced and champions. I can train personal athletes who need to develop their strength/cardio/power and boxing. I will make it my personal goal to make you enjoy your time and appreciate sport more and more.

I propose outdoor training, in-door at your house or in a gym, I am quite flexible for the location and time. I am available in Geneva and Vaud and I can start work from 10 am to 10 pm from Monday to Sunday. You can either train 1 to 1 or in little groups from 2 to 5 people. 

I propose unbeatable prices that other coaches cannot compete with. I will not only be available during the trainings, but also afterwards to give any nutrition or health advice. I am very patient and have no problem explaining the exercices over and over again. I offer a mixed course combining cardio training and boxing techniques. I will teach you the basic techniques and you will be able to hit the mitts. Boxing exercices include: left jab/right cross, left/right hook, uppercuts and combinations.

I have done a lot of sports myself including boxing, Thai boxing and I am now focussing on developing my muscles with bodybuilding exercices as well as HIIT training and interval training. I have past experience int training high profile athletes, like my son Diego Fernandez who is Swiss boxing Champion 2020. I have trained him since he was a child and continue coaching him. I also was a coach in Boxing Club Genevois, one of Geneva’s most popular Boxing clubs. 

The most important element for me is for my clients to feel the burn and have fun while training. 

I am a nice, understanding and passionate trainer/coach who thinks about others before myself, that is why I decided to become a coach. I will combine the music with the training according to the client’s wishes. 

The client always come first. HIIT Boxing is going to help you tone up your body, strengthen yourself, improve mobility, stamina, balance and coordination. HIIT Boxing is also going to allow you to burn a lot of calories/lose weight.
